Find Candidates

At the Career Center, we offer a number of ways for you to post jobs and find candidates. Handshake is the Tufts web-based recruiting system that links employers with students and alumni. Registration is easy and you can post positions immediately upon completion of a simple registration. In addition, hundreds of Tufts students and alumni have made their resumes and candidate profiles viewable in Handshake. Employers with approved accounts may search our database for qualified candidates for internship and full-time openings.

Tufts University also belongs to two national consortia: Liberal Arts Career Network (LACN) and Engineering Internship Network (engIN). If you wish to also share your jobs or internships with students from other top universities in the consortium, select 'yes' when prompted with Post to Internship Consortium? on Handshake.

Please visit Student Employment to post non-internship, part-time jobs for students. Review the Tufts Employer Recruiting Policies for guidelines on what you can and cannot post. Please note: Tufts may share your career opportunities with a national consortium of top liberal arts colleges. Please contact us if you do not wish to have your listings shared.

Recruit On Campus

We offer many options through our Campus Recruiting Program, including on-campus interviews, high-touch career programs, and resume drops/collections.
