At the Career Center, we offer a number of ways for you to post jobs and find candidates.
Post Jobs and Internships
Jumbo Jobs is Tufts' web-based recruiting system that links employers with students and alumni. Registration is easy and you can post positions immediately upon completion of a simple registration.
Tufts University belongs to 2 national consortiums: Liberal Arts Career Network (LACN), and Engineering Internship Network (engIN). If you wish to also share your job or internships with students from other top universities on the consortium, just click yes to “Post to Internship Consortium?” when posting your job or internship to Jumbo Jobs.
Search the Student Database
Hundreds of Tufts students and alumni have chosen to allow you to view their resumes and candidate profiles in Jumbo Jobs. Employers with approved accounts may search our database for qualified candidates for internship and full-time openings.
Recruit On Campus
We offer many additional options through our Campus Recruiting Program, including on-campus interviews, info sessions, and resume drops/collections.
Attend a career fair to connect with candidates directly. We host career fairs on campus and in major cities where you can meet Tufts students, brand your organization, and drive applicants to your internship and full-time positions. Information about upcoming career fairs is posted in Jumbo Jobs.
Every spring we publish resume books for students actively seeking full-time employment or internships in 24 different industries and fields. Access resume books by logging into Jumbo Jobs and selecting “Resume Books” at the top. View our Resume Book Guide for more info. Specialized resume books from clubs and organizations are available in late fall and early spring.
