Space is limited and fills up quickly. To sign up for interview dates online log in to Handshake,  our web-based recruiting system, and request a new interview schedule. The system will collect student applications for you, send notifications and reminders to you and your applicants, and allow students you pre-select to sign up for an interview on your schedule.

Or contact our Recruiting Coordinator to register your organization for a specific date. The Employer Relations Team at Tufts will work with you to set up the interview date and publicize your career opportunity to students. There is no fee for participating in on-campus interviews.

Resume Drops and Collections

Our resume drop option allows you to collect student applications for salaried jobs or paid internships through Handshake during a set period that we publicize to students. While many employers follow up with candidates directly and interview them by phone or at their office, you may decide to schedule a campus recruiting date to interview the students at Tufts.

Contact our Recruiting Coordinator to set up the resume drop, check available recruiting dates, and publicize your career opportunity to students.

Info Sessions/Career Programming

If you wish to arrange a presentation and provide students with specific information about your industry, organization, career paths and corporate culture, contact our Recruiting Coordinator. Information sessions are typically scheduled for one hour on Monday through Thursday evenings and include a presentation and a question-and-answer period. There is no fee for holding an information session on campus.

Attendance at information sessions is can be unpredictable. We recommend speaking with a member of the  to decide if an info session is the best strategy for your company.

Career Fairs and Events

Tufts hosts two annual career fairs, one in the fall and one in February. Tufts also takes part in two Recruiting Consortiums that occur annually in New York City and Washington, DC. These events are an opportunity to meet Tufts students, brand your organization on campus and drive applicants to your open internships or full-time positions.
