The LRAP application and all of the following required documentation must be received by the application deadline date of December 1st.

Here is what you need:

  1. Completed Application Electronic or PDF
  2. Resume
  3. Current pay stub of applicant
  4. Current copies of all qualified student loan statements. Statements must provide your name, loan balance, monthly payment amount, and current loan status (repayment or grace).  If your statements are electronic, please print a copy of your detailed loan summary including the required information and download it into your online application. LRAP does not consider loans incurred from other universities.
  5. LRAP Employment Certification Form. Your employer may submit the Employment Certification form under separate cover, but it must be received by the December 1st deadline date.

  6. LRAP Release and Certification Form.

It is preferred that you submit your completed application and all the required documentation at one time. Multiple submission deliveries slow the verification process.

Please note:  LRAP uses email as its primary form of communication with applicants. Please provide a current and valid email address to ensure notification delivery and timely correspondence. However, award checks are mailed, so please use a current and valid address on your application to ensure check delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your application and required documentation is submitted to the LRAP office by the deadline. Please submit your application early to avoid delays in processing.

If you have any questions about the program, contact the LRAP Administrator before the application deadline date. Late submissions will not be accepted.
