Fitness and Individual Development at Tufts (FIT) offers stress-management and self-care techniques that will help you excel. Activities range from yoga and kickboxing, to sailing, paddle boarding, and ultimate frisbee. Mixed in with this fun will be lots of time to get to know your fellow classmates and get your first taste of Jumbo Pride.
