Space Reservation

Reserve Tufts allows the Tufts community to schedule the rooms and resources necessary for successful meetings, conferences, and other scheduling needs on the Medford and Boston campuses.  Tufts staff, faculty and students can use this service to:

  • Request rooms
  • Review availability of rooms by:

        - Campus/location
        - Seating capacity
        - Room configuration
        - AV equipment

How to Use Reserve Tufts 

Faculty, staff, and recognized TCU organization delegates can log into the Reserve Tufts using their Tufts username. Help tools can be found online.

Other Campus Spaces

  • Department Scheduled Spaces lists spaces and scheduler contact information for spaces not reserved via the Space and Resource Reservation System.

Event Registration

Certain spaces on campus require approval from the Event Registration Committee. This committee meets every Friday during the academic year in the Mayer Campus Center, Room 203, at 10:00 AM. Read more about Event Registration or contact if you have any questions about this process.
