What do you do as an intern at this organization?

I write image processing code (OCR and the like) for processing raster images of civil engineering calculations and documents in C/C++.

How did you find this internship?

Internship Fair

What do you enjoy most about your internship?

I enjoy the challenge of the tasks presented to me, as well as the freedom I have in how I solve and implement the tasks.

What do you find challenging?

I have to solve problems that I have never seen before (in or out of school), and to do so, I have to research the topic which presents challenges in itself (perhaps computer scientists are a bit too cryptic when writing papers).

What advice would you offer to someone who wants to make the most of an internship like yours?

I would say that drawing focus to practical skills (even underdeveloped ones) can be very crucial to initiating the internship process.
