Richardson House is an all-female residence hall and is centrally located on Professors Row across from the Tisch Library and adjacent to the Mayer Campus Center. The building is made up of 6 single, 9 double, and 9 triple rooms with shared common areas for fun and study. Once a private residence, each room in Richardson House is a different size. The rooms have hardwood floors. There is one full bathroom on each floor. Each bathroom has showers, toilet stalls, and sinks. A large main lounge and a study room are located on the first floor. The lounge contains a television, couches, and countertop tables. One common kitchen on the first floor is quipped with a stove, refrigerator, cabinet space, and a sink. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor. A bicycle storage room is available.
