The Hiring Process

Interview Process

Our interview process consists of two parts: preliminary and final. Preliminary interviews may involve up to two applicants and one or two members of our staff. This interview helps us learn more about you and is a good time for you to ask questions about our programs and specific positions. Please keep in mind that you may be interviewed together with an applicant applying for a different position. Final interviews are scheduled shortly after the completion of preliminary interviews. These interviews are focused on specific positions and provide a chance for you to meet more of the summer staff, as well as ask any remaining questions. Webex or Zoom interviews may be allowed if candidate is out of state or studying abroad.

Driver Registration

You should only complete this process if you have a valid and current driver’s license issued for the United States. If you are eligible to drive, but are uncomfortable about driving large passenger vans, you should still complete the Online Van Driving Test but discuss your concerns with IPP. Adjustments can be made to accommodate individual needs. If you have already been approved as a student driver, please let IPP know, so that it can be verified.
