Social Event Registration

If you would like to register a social event for your house, complete our social event registration available online.

ORLL is able to support up to $200 of programming for each House, each semester. And, we expect each House to host programs and events for the Tufts community each semester.

If you would like to host a program, please contact Su McGlone to share information about your event. It is most helpful if you provide the following information in your email:

  1. Proposed date, time and name of the event
  2. Intended audience
  3. Purpose or goals for the event in a 1 to 2 sentence description
  4. Any supply or budgetary needs.

Once we have your email, we will be in touch to offer support in planning, execution and reimbursement!

We can also help publicize your event!

  1. We recommend that you add events to the Student Life Calendar. You can submit them online at Specify in the description that you are submitting a "ResLife-sponsored event," and your event will also be added to the ResLife calendar automatically. All submitted events will also be featured in the weekly Jumbo Digest.
  2. You can print fliers and bring them to ORLL, and staff will post in the residence halls. You can also submit flyers to the Student Life Channel at
  3. You can also share events using the Class Facebook pages!
