Richardson House is an all-female residence hall and is centrally located on Professors Row across from the Tisch Library and adjacent to the Mayer Campus Center.

  • Once a private residence, each room in Richardson House is a different size
  • Furniture provided for each student:
    • 1 extra long twin bed
      • multi-positioned beds that have 11 height adjustments up to 32 inches, with 30 inches of space underneath when raised to maximum height
    • 1 desk
    • 1 desk chair
    • 1 closet
    • 1 dresser
  • 1 window/shade in single rooms, 2 windows and shades in double rooms
  • Hardwood floors



There is 1 full bathroom on each floor. Each bathroom has showers, toilet stalls, and sinks.

A large main lounge and a study room are located on the first floor. The lounge contains a television, couches, and countertop tables.
