Let's Talk
Let's Talk is an easy, low-commitment way to speak to a CMHS counselor about challenges in your life. CMHS collaborates with several campus partners to offer Let's Talk in their spaces in both group and individual drop-in formats.
Individual drop-ins are 15 to 20 minutes. You can talk about specific problems, brainstorm solutions, and consider next steps. Let’s Talk meetings are not therapy. If you are looking for therapy, please contact CMHS at 617-627-3360 to schedule an appointment with a counselor to discuss your mental health needs as well as available Tufts and community resources.
