Pre-Major Advising
Pre-Major Advisors are assigned to students to support their transition to Tufts and to encourage intellectual curiosity. Pre-Major Advisors are available for conversations around and questions about academic interests.
Academic Advising, Support, and Research
BA/BS Advising
Students enrolled in an Arts and Sciences BA/BS degree program have an advising team. Each member of your team plays a different role in your advising process at Tufts.
BFA Advising
Students enrolled in the Arts and Sciences BFA degree program work with the Advising Team on site at the SMFA.
Engineering Advising
Students enrolled in an Engineering degree program have an advising team. Each member of your team plays a different role in your advising process at Tufts.
Undergraduate Research Programs
Undergraduate students are encouraged to engage in the research program of the university.
Academic Support
The Student Accessibility and Academic Resources (StAAR) Center team understand the particular needs and challenges of Tufts students and have developed programming to address those concerns from strengths-based and process-oriented approach.

While the TCU Senate, TCU Treasury, TCU Judiciary, and CSL are the governing bodies of the union, each undergraduate student serves as an active agent and beneficiary of this union.

Residential Life and Learning oversees all aspects of residential living, including on- and off-campus housing, roommate selection and Fraternity and Sorority Life.
