Scholarships and Resources for Artists

Below are resources for artists. Some focus on residencies, fellowships, or scholarship opportunities while other resources focus on the profession of artistic practice. 

College Art Association

CAA hosts "Opportunities," a listing for residencies, events, and professionalization opportunities. Additionally, CAA includes information on finding a job (along with job postings!) and news, both current archived.

New York Foundation for the Arts

NYFA provides a list of residency opportunities as well as other career opportunities (professionalization events, networking events, etc.) They host one of the largest databases for resources and opportunities for artists of all disciplines and also have an "artist hotline" to help connect artists.

Resartis

Resartis offers programs to assist artists in researching, creating, performing, and presenting art in a new environment and/or while engaging a new culture. They offer residency information as well as networking opportunities.
