Upcoming Webinar: Supporting Your Student’s Study Abroad Experience
Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. ET
Meet members of Tufts Global Education team who will share what parents and families should be aware of before, during, and after your student’s study abroad experience. Preparation is key: budgeting, gathering travel docs, coordinating communication, understanding health, safety, and security. As students embark on a global experience, they will face new challenges in unfamiliar and distant environments—this is an expected part of experiential learning. It is a great time for you to encourage their independence and growth! Students will have a separate webinar to prepare them for studying abroad, so this is an opportunity just for you to ask questions and get tips and recommendations on how best to support your student. Please register and submit questions in advance.
