BEST Mission

Our mission is to retain and graduate first-generation college students and those from high schools and regions with limited STEM presence by broadening access within the Tufts School of Engineering. We offer tailored support, resources, and opportunities BEST scholars need to thrive both academically and socially throughout their four-year journey in the Tufts community.
