Make an Appointment with CMHS

1. Choose a counselor (optional)

You can choose to make an appointment with a specific counselor or make an appointment with the first available counselor. You can read our bios here.  

2. Make an appointment

• Online: Most appointments can be made online during the academic year. Visit go.tufts.edu/portal to make an appointment
• Phone: Call 617-627-3360 9 am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Same Day appointments can only be scheduled over the phone.
• In-person: Visit 120 Curtis Street, Somerville, MA between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday 

3. Prepare for your appointment

Before your first appointment, you will receive an email letting you know you have forms in the Portal to complete. Please keep an eye out for this email and complete all forms before your first appointment.

Plan to get to your appointment 10-15 minutes ahead of time to complete some forms that can only be completed after checking in to your appointment.
