Graduate Fletcher Housing
Residential Life and Learning has on-campus housing options for The Fletcher School in the newly-renovated 123 Packard. 123 Packard offers a variety of amenities including single bedrooms with shared commons spaces, laundry, and kitchen facilities.
The housing application process for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year is now open and students can submit a Housing Application in their Housing Portal to be placed on the housing wait list. Housing assignments are created on a first come, first serve basis and at this time 123 Packard is fully occupied for the 2025-2026 academic year. If a space becomes available, we will contact students on the wait list. On campus housing is not guaranteed.
Students who need housing for the full 2025-2026 academic year (Fall 2025 semester and Spring 2026 semester) will be prioritized in the application process.
