If you have questions about your student health insurance, need help with enrollment or waivers, or aren’t sure where to turn, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find emergency contacts, support resources, and guidance for every situation.  

Emergencies & Urgent Care

For questions about claims, coverage, or finding in-network providers:

  • Log in to your UHCSR account to view claims, download your insurance card, or search for providers. 

Appointing a Personal Representative 

If you’d like someone else (like a parent, family member, or trusted friend) to speak to UHCSR about your insurance or medical bills on your behalf, you’ll need to fill out a Personal Representative form. Without this form, UHCSR cannot share your private information with anyone else. Learn more about how to designate a personal representative.
