1025 Beacon Street (SMFA)

1025 Beacon is located in Brookline by the Saint Mary's Street stop on the Green Line's C train. Students can walk along The Fenway to reach the SMFA at Tufts.

The Beacon Street Residence Halls are for first-year BFA students attending courses at the SMFA campus. These beautiful brownstone buildings are located right on Beacon Street in Brookline near Fenway Park, and conveniently located steps from the MBTA Green Line. These halls house students in single, double, and triple rooms with lots of character and bustling surrounding communities.

Rooms

  • Single and double rooms, with one triple room
  • Furniture provided for each student:
    • One extra-long twin bed
    • One desk
    • One desk chair
    • Most rooms have a closet
    • One dresser, built-in

Bathrooms

  • There are shared bathrooms located on each floor of 1025 Beacon.
