• Overall: "Your overall experience living in this unit"
• Location: "How convenient and safe the location was for your needs, including access to public transportation"
• Amenities: "Quality and availability of amenities including laundry, parking, etc."
• Cost/Value: "Whether the rent felt fair for what you received"
• Condition: "The state of the unit when you lived there (cleanliness, maintenance, etc.)"
• Repairs: "How quickly and effectively maintenance issues were addressed"
• Communication: "How responsive and helpful the lanlord or property manager was"

Ratings 

1 is Poor, 2 is Fair, 3 is Neutral, 4 is Good, and 5 is Great 

As we receive additional student input, we will be able to provide meaningful information about specific rental properties.
