Walnut Hill Properties (WHP) is a not-for-profit corporation owned by Tufts University that leases a limited number of bedrooms to full-time first year graduate students.
Lease Terms

- 11-month lease August through June

Rates
The following are ranges that are subject to change.
Three-bedroom units: $1430 - $1475 per bedroom, per month
Four-bedroom units: $1375 - $1420 per bedroom, per month
Five-bedroom units: $1330 - $1350 per bedroom, per month

Walnut Hill Properties is currently accepting applications from full-time first year graduate students who are pursuing a master's degree and have paid their enrollment deposit.
