Graduate AS&E Possibilities
There is limited housing available through Tufts University for graduate students in AS&E. This housing is typically located within a five-to-ten-minute walk to the Tufts University campus. This housing is typically a single bedroom within a shared apartment. Generally, this housing has a shared living room, kitchen and one bathroom per apartment that is shared among all occupants.
The process for 2025-2026 has not opened yet. If you will be a graduate student for 2025-2026 in AS&E and are interested in housing available through Tufts University, please complete this interest form. You will receive more information when the process opens in April/May 2025.
Fletcher Possibilities
Residential Life and Learning has on-campus housing options for The Fletcher School in newly-renovated 123 Packard. These locations offer a variety of amenities such as single bedrooms in a 26-bed residence hall with shared commons spaces, laundry, and kitchen facilities.
The process for 2025-2026 has not opened yet. If you will be a graduate student for 2025-2026 in The Fletcher School and are interested in housing available through Tufts University, please complete this interest form. You will receive more information when the process opens in April/May 2025.
Amenities
All bedrooms are furnished with a full-sized bed as well as a desk, desk chair, under-bed drawer set, and standalone wardrobe. Personal items such as pots, pans, utensils, etc. are not provided. Outside furniture is not allowed. Please refer to the Housing Policies and Guidelines page for a list of acceptable items.
Utilities such as water, heat, and wireless internet are included in the housing cost.
Policies
General cleaning of the bathrooms and common spaces in residence halls is managed by cleaning staff. Students are responsible for cleaning their bedrooms and cleaning up after themselves when cooking in the kitchen.
Like all Tufts spaces, there is absolutely NO SMOKING in the building and within 25 feet of a building entrance, including on the porch/deck of the apartment. Pets are not permitted.
