Richardson House is a single gender, female-only residence hall and is centrally located on Professors Row across from the Tisch Library and adjacent to the Mayer Campus Center. The building is made up of single, double, and triple rooms with shared common areas. Once a private residence, each room in Richardson House is a different size. The rooms have hardwood floors. There is one community bathroom on each floor. Each bathroom has showers, toilet stalls, and sinks. A large main lounge and a study room are located on the first floor. The lounge has couches, and pub-style tables. One common kitchen on the first floor is quipped with a stove, refrigerator, and a sink. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor. A bicycle storage room is available.
