Simpson House

Simpson House will house first year students in 2026-2027 is located on Winthrop St. within walking distance to Carmichael Dining Hall. Students live in single, double and triple rooms. There is one gendered community bathroom on the first floor with two stalls and two showers. The second floor has a large gendered community bathroom and the third floor has a single use bathroom. The first floor has a large lounge with tables, chairs, and couches. One common kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Washing machines and dryers on the ground floor.
