How to Get Help
The staff of Student Financial Services is here to help you understand billing and financial aid:
- Your first contact should be the specialists in Student Services who are trained to answer most questions you may have about billing, loans, refund requests, and financial aid issues.
- If they cannot answer your question, your call or email will be forwarded to the appropriate member of our staff.
If you have a question or need assistance, you can utilize our online resources or contact us by email or over the phone as explained below.
You can track financial aid documents, view past and present financial aid awards, view your account balance and billing activity, confirm loan payments to your account, view past and current eBill statements, and request a refund by logging in to your SIS account.
Answers to many common billing and financial aid questions about different types of aid, Work-Study, award letters, bills, and requesting refund can be found on our website's FAQ page.
