Student organizations are required to register all events at least three weeks prior to the date of the event. Event types vary and events that need more preparation and planning should register at least four weeks prior to the date of the event.

Student employees provide management of the Mayer Campus Center, event management services, Tufts Ticket sales, and access to meeting room spaces and equipment.
