Tabling and Vending at the Mayer Campus Center

On-campus Departments & Student Organizations

All Mayer Campus Center table requests must be entered into Tufts room reservation system. Student organizations must also fill out a JumboLife Event Registration form for the table space to be approved. Please review the Tabling Polices. Tabling and Campus Center patio reservation requests must be in at least 3 days prior. Student Organization events on the patios must be in at least 3 weeks in advance as required through student organization event policies. Due to nature of tabling/patio reservations we may approve with less than 3 weeks notice, but day of reservations will not be approved.

Off-Campus Vendors & Companies

All outside vendors that would like to vend within the Mayer Campus Center must fill out our Outside Vendor Application (see below). Preferred dates of vending are not guaranteed and based on availability. Please read our Vendor Policies before filling out our application.

I have read the “Vendor Policies for Tufts University” and I agree to abide by rules stated therein. I understand that if I do not abide by the stated rules, I will not be welcome to vend at Tufts University for future dates. HOLD HARMLESS/INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Tufts University, its students, faculty, staff, volunteers and agents from and against any and all claims for personal injury or property damage or otherwise, including you and your employees, that may result directly or indirectly as a result of the sale of the above mentioned items and/or use of the space in the Mayer Campus Center, Mayer Campus Center patio, or other authorized use of University space or property.
