Academic Success Coaching
The Academic Success Coaching Program works with all students to develop academic skills, habits, and mindsets for success at any point in their Tufts experience.
The Academic Success Coaching Program at the Tufts Student Accessibility and Academic Resource Center works with graduate and undergraduate students to develop executive functioning and social-emotional skills as they relate to academic work. Our goal is to bridge the gap between a student’s lived experience and the rigor of a Tufts education. By considering the whole student and partnering with their campus-wide team, we can create success plans that honor an individual's identity, extracurricular interests, and academic goals.
Individual Coaching
All Graduate and Undergraduate students are invited to work one-on-one with an Academic Success Coach or a Graduate Academic Mentor to develop the following skillsets:
- Time Management & Planning
- Test-taking and Test Anxiety
- Reading and Note-taking Skills
- Learning Preferences
- Study Strategies
- Procrastination and Motivation Strategies
- Balancing Academic, Extracurricular, and Personal Life
- Mindfulness and Wellbeing
